Guarantee: You will appreciate that we can clearly guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service. Again you should note that your legal rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Payment: Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy not to action Credit Cards or cash checks until the week in which the goods are to be dispatched. Many of our customers submit their Christmas Orders in October and their payment therefore, may not be processed for almost eight weeks. Payment online is through PayPal and Google Checkout, which are entirely secured payment methods. Another accepted method is Money Orders sent to:

Delivery: We usually do shipping within one week's time of the date of the order placed and send via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We operate on Pacific Standard Time. Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping address. Please also keep in mind that we cannot guarantee shipping times as published by the USPS. Pacific Red Hot ships to destinations within the 50 contiguous United States, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. We also ship International to countries such as Japan and China.

Shipping charges, including any changes (i.e., increase or decrease in cost of shipment) will be reflected in the packing slip and in the customer's credit card statement.
If we have to adjust an order to include insurance, specialized packaging or any other custom service, it may affect the estimated amount of time to process the order and ship it out.
Shipping to an FPO/APO address? The following guidelines may help to facilitate a successful and timely handling of your package:
� For the "CITY" field enter: "APO" or "FPO"
� For the "STATE/PROVINCE/REGION" field enter:
o "AE" if the addressee is resident in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.
o "AA" if the addressee is stationed in the United States
o "AP" if the addressee is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
� For the "COUNTRY" field enter: "United States"
Returns & Exchanges: We will only do exchanges for a different size, if needed.
Since Linala Isla is not responsible for items lost or damaged en route back to our facility, for your security we recommend that you return your gift with a recognized and insured carrier and retain the receipt. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Warehousing and associated handling charges are waived.
Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase from Linala Isla is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands (CNMI), and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the CNMI courts.
Final Note: Any concern that you might have regarding security, privacy, or complaint in connection with making a purchase online may always be taken up with my office.
